Refund and Returns Policy

Delivery times typically range from 1 to 7 working days.

Once your order is placed, our distribution centre will contact you via phone or email to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Delivery Details:

All Blend Composite products are delivered kerbside (outside your property). This cannot be altered.
Standard deliveries take place between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM on the agreed date.
An AM/PM-specific delivery service may be available at an additional cost.
Please inform us of any access restrictions, such as limitations on large vehicle entry.
You must be present to receive your delivery, as a signature is required.

Missed Deliveries:
If you are unavailable at the agreed delivery time, we will reschedule. However, additional costs may apply.

If you need to return a product, whether purchased online or directly from our distribution centre, you must complete our returns form.

Return Conditions:

You have the right to return goods within 14 days from the day after delivery.
Returns must be made at your own cost, with products in their original, unused, and undamaged condition (no breakages, scratches, marks, or signs of use).
While in your possession, you are responsible for the care of the goods until they reach us.
To process a return, complete the returns form and attach the returns label clearly to the package.

Refund Policy:

Non-defective returns will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee.
Delivery and payment processing fees (e.g., credit card charges) are non-refundable.
Customised items/orders are non-returnable.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned goods.
If returned products are not in their original condition, they will be held at our premises for 7 days for collection before being disposed of.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Important:

Faults must be reported at the time of delivery.
We reserve the right to inspect returned items before issuing a refund or exchange.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
